Phonak Lyric is a revolutionary treatment for hearing loss and tinnitus, designed to take advantage of the ear's natural structures to produce unrivalled sound quality. How does it work?

Lyric is a small, 100% invisible hearing aid that is fitted by an Audiologist using a microscope. It is placed comfortably in the ear canal approximately 4mm from the eardrum, and is available in a variety of sizes to ensure a perfect fit. Once fitted, Lyrics are worn for 2-3 months at a time, people may eat, sleep, shower, work and otherwise hear normally without needing to change batteries or handle the devices in any way. When the batteries are nearing the end of their life the Audiologist will invite you back in for a quick check up to replace the devices, as well as check the health of the ear and remove any earwax which may have built up. This service is ongoing for a year to ensure you always have a properly fitted Lyric in your ear enabling you to hear normally, hassle free. Once the year is nearing it's renewal date you can choose to renew or end your subscription.
